Arrival and Dismissal
Please arrive promptly! The class begins at 8:45 am. Monday-Friday. Please
walk your child to the classroom and we will see that they enter safely.
Although we arrive at 8:30, the teachers need preparation time. Doors
open at 8:45.
The children do not need to bring any toys or objects to the class and should leave them at home or in their locker. If they have brought something special for the circle time, we will hold it and bring it out during circle.
Please pick children up promptly at 11:45 a.m., since they will wonder where you are when you are late. If you are unavoidably detained, please notify us as early as possible. Afternoon session starts at 12:00 p.m. and pick-up time is 3:00 p.m. If a child is frequently picked up late or dropped off before 8:45 a.m., we will charge for the time. Please check your child’s locker at the end of each day to ensure that no clothing or cherished items are left.
A form telling us who is authorized to pick up your child is provided. Please complete and return it right away.
