Clothing
Allow children to dress comfortably and neatly, so dressing and undressing
can be done easily.
Avoid clogs, slippery dress shoes, clothes that are too tight, footwear
that leaves black marks on the floor, heaving boots during indoor hours,
and clothing that is excessively gaudy, flashy, or distracting.
In the Winter, it is very helpful to have snow suits that are easily removed,
as well as boots that are lined and are not worn over shoes. Please make
sure the children have mittens, snowsuits and boots when it snows.
An extra change of clothes is needed. Find an empty show box to put in
a change of clothes for your child. Label the clothing and box with the
child’s name. Please see that it’s sized and adequately filled
at all times, and left in your child’s locker.
